Riscaldare il forno a 170°.

Spezzettare le diverse noci e i semi e mischiarle in una ciotola insieme ai fiocchi di cocco, all’uva passa e ai semi di chia.

Mettere l’olio di cocco in una pentola e far sciogliere a fuoco basso, lasciar raffreddare e aggiungere il miele.

Versare il composto sulle noci spezzettate e amalgamare il tutto.

Stendere la massa uniformemente su una piastra da forno, precedentemente coperta con carta da forno e applicare una lieve pressione.

Cuocere in forno per circa 15-20 minuti.

Far raffreddare per 20 minuti e mettere in frigo per altri 20 minuti.

Tagliare in 20 barrette della stessa grandezza.

Avvolgere ogni barretta singolarmente nella carta da forno e conservare in frigorifero.

Consumare entro una settimana.
