Preparazione

    Far cuocere gli spaghetti.

    Tritare la cipolla e tagliare il salmone a striscioline.

    Far sciogliere l’olio di cocco in padella e rosolare la cipolla.

  • 4

    Raffreddare con il brodo e versare la creme fraîche. Mescolare e insaporire a piacere con sale, pepe e aneto. Aggiungere il succo di limone spremuto.

  • 5

    Aggiungere il salmone e lasciar cuocere per 5 minuti.

  • 6

    Scolare gli spaghetti e buttarli in padella.

  • 7

    Guarnire con pepe e aneto.
